This course is a general introduction and survey of audio recording careers, software recording platforms, audio hardware, acoustics/principles of sound and music recording and general applications in computer-aided recording. Students will learn to do a critical analysis of their strengths and weaknesses against the requirements for building a profession in the music and audio/sound recording and music production fields.
