In this course, students will be introduced to the fundamental skills required for using Avid's Pro Tools digital audio workstation software in various audio production settings. Students will learn about basic navigation and workflows as well as mixing and editing techniques used in the recording of sound. This is the first course in a two-course series wherein students will learn basic navigation, workflows and concepts in order to prepare them for Avid's online exam for certification. This course contains material previously taught in AUD 175.
