In this course, students are provided with the mid-level technical knowledge needed to understand the world of supply chain and related core competencies. At the end of the course, students will be given the opportunity to earn nationally recognized certification for portfolio development. The course includes modules on product receiving and storage, order processing, packaging and shipment, inventory control, safe handling of hazardous materials, evaluation of transportation modes, customs, and dispatch and tracking operations.
