CJT 160: Criminal Justice Constitutional Law

In this course, students comprehensively examine key provisions of the US Constitution, with emphasis on those areas affecting the rights and privileges of individual citizens (e.g. those imparting procedural law). A historical approach is adopted to give students a complete understanding of the mutable nature of the Constitution and those factors which impact it.
