DAN 108: Intermediate Ballet

In this course, students are introduced to complex barre exercises and more challenging ballet dance steps. In addition to applying these movements to music and dance phrases, they explore ways to convey emotion through movement. At the end of the semester, students perform in a dance recital. This course may be completed for credit up to a maximum of two times. The title of this course was previously Beginning Ballet II. Level I Prerequisite: Academic Reading and Writing Levels of 6; DAN 107 minimum grade "C"
