JPN 122: First Year Japanese II

Building upon the foundation introduced in JPN 111, students will further develop the four basic language skills of speaking, listening, reading, and writing in modern Japanese. Students will deepen their understanding of Japanese writing systems and grammatical structures, as well as apply them in communicative contexts. Aspects of Japanese culture will also be discussed.

Level I Prereq: Academic Reading and Writing Levels of 6; JPN 111 minimum grade "C"
