This program prepares students for entry-level jobs in HVAC contracting companies,
HVAC servicing companies, hospitals, schools and other public institutions, and apprenticeships
in large manufacturing plants and supply houses. In these commercial, residential,
or institutional settings students combine their diagnostic and repair skills with
customer relations skills to service heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
This program also helps prepare students for the third class refrigeration licensure
examination.
